Yes. We support local businesses in both the United States and Canada.

No. Many owners start unsure. In a consultation we talk through your priorities and suggest a sensible mix of services. You can begin with one and add others later.

Yes. Each business gets its own admin for social media, our own CRM with booking and scheduling can be added to any service, and our virtual receptionists can take your customer calls and book appointments. We set everything up and run it with you.

The proposal sets this out. Typically it covers agreed content edits, updates, monitoring, backups and hosting arrangements. Anything not listed is discussed with you before it is added.

You do. Your domain, content, brand assets and business profiles belong to you. Where we need access to work on them, you grant it, and handoff is explained in your proposal.

Often yes, and many owners prefer to. How edits are shared between you and us is agreed up front, so you know when to ask and what we will handle.

Yes. We can review what you have and recommend whether to improve it or rebuild. We explain the reasoning before you decide.

No. Search results depend on many things outside anyone’s control, including competitors and search engine changes. We focus on clear, steady improvements and honest reporting, not promised outcomes.

SEO focuses on your website and organic search. Google Business Profile work focuses on your profile and how it appears on Google Maps and local results. They support each other, but are scoped separately.

You connect your social accounts and choose your business niche. AI creates captions, images and videos for that niche and posts them on schedule, or you post instantly. You choose auto-post or review first, and we monitor, report and adjust with you.

No. Community management and answering messages are not included. You stay in control of conversations with your customers, and we focus on planning and scheduling content.

Channels are confirmed during scoping, based on where your customers are and what you can sustain. We do not assume every business needs every channel.

No. Google generally requires in-person customer contact or a defined service area, so online-only businesses are not eligible. We check eligibility during review, before any work is planned.

You do. You grant GrowBizNest authorized access so we can work on it, and you can remove that access at any time.

No. Google makes those decisions. We can improve the accuracy and completeness of your profile and recommend updates, but cannot promise verification, approval or position.

We can help you invite genuine feedback from real customers. We never create, buy or fake reviews.

Not necessarily. Real photos are often best for showing your team, premises and actual work. AI images and videos keep your social posts going and can sit alongside your own photos.

Yes. Choose review first, and every AI caption, image and video waits in your admin until you approve it. Choose auto-post, and posts go out on schedule within your niche. We also check rights and permissions for any likeness, voice, music or materials you supply.

No. AI visuals are creative illustrations, not proof of real customer outcomes. We will not present them as genuine work or results.

Our plans, setup, yearly renewals and add-ons all have published prices on our Pricing page. Custom work is quoted at a fixed price in writing before it starts.

No. Management fees are separate from advertising spend, which you pay to the ad platform. Budgets, platforms and success measures are agreed before a campaign launches.

No. Paid campaigns can perform differently across businesses and seasons. We plan, set up, monitor and report as agreed, but results are not promised.

Yes. You can discuss changes as your needs develop. Any change to scope, cost or terms is confirmed with you before work proceeds.

The support route, covered tasks and expectations are agreed as part of your service scope. Your proposal explains what is included and how to request help.

Yes. Cancellation and handoff are explained in your proposal. Because you own your domain, content and accounts, you keep them if you leave.

You do. Website, profile and campaign work is published only with the approvals agreed in your scope. For AI social posts, you choose auto-post or review first.
