Common problems

Does this sound familiar?

Most beauty businesses are busy with clients all day. The website and listings get attention in the gaps, and new clients notice.

01

The booking link is buried

Your tool works well. It just sits three taps deep, so people message you instead, or give up.

02

Nobody can tell who does what

A long price list and no faces. A new client cannot tell who suits a color correction or a skin fade.

03

Hours and photos drift

Someone leaves, holiday hours change, and the map still shows last year.

The good news: each of these is fixable, and the fixes are further down this page.

Getting started

How we would start

Three steps, agreed in writing before any work begins.

1

Map your services and team

What you offer, who offers it and how clients book, so the site and profile say the same thing.

2

Draft, then approve

You review every page and choose auto-post or review first for social posts. Nothing showing a client goes live without their permission.

3

Keep it current

Agreed updates for new people, changed hours and seasonal offers, scheduled after your approval.

Do I have to change my booking software?

No. Keep the tool you use and we link to it from the places clients look first. If you would rather have one system, our optional bookings and client records add-on covers online booking, reminders and deposits, or we can discuss integrating what you have.

Can you show photos of clients’ work?

Only with each client’s clear permission. We can suggest simple wording for asking, and we only publish photos you confirm are approved.

How do the social posts get made?

You choose your niche and share offers and photos. AI creates captions, images and videos, and posts go out on schedule, automatically or after your review. Replying to messages stays with you.

Do you work with beauty businesses in Canada as well as the US?

Yes. We work with businesses in both countries.

Will this fill my appointment book?

We cannot promise bookings or rankings. We make your services, team and booking path clear and keep your details accurate, so people already looking can choose you easily.
