Final wording, legal entity details, governing law and effective date will be added before launch. Until then, this page only outlines how services are intended to be agreed and delivered. Your written proposal is what sets out the terms of any engagement.
1. Who this agreement is with
Services are provided by GrowBizNest. The full legal entity name and registered details will be added before launch.
2. Service scope and proposals
Scope, fees, schedule, responsibilities, approvals, ownership and exit arrangements are set out in the written proposal agreed with you before work begins.
If you would like something that is not in the agreed scope, we discuss it with you first and confirm any change before work proceeds.
3. Customer responsibilities
To deliver your services we may need information, access, photos, approvals and timely feedback from you. The proposal explains what is expected on your side.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for having the right to use any materials you supply.
4. Fees and payment terms
Fees and billing terms are confirmed in your proposal before work begins. Where paid campaigns are agreed, management fees are separate from advertising spend paid to the ad platform.
Specific fee amounts and payment terms will not appear on this page.
5. Approvals and revisions
You review and approve website, profile and campaign work before it is published on your behalf, as set out in your scope. Agreed revisions are included as described in your proposal.
For AI social posts, you choose whether posts publish automatically on schedule or wait for your review, and you can change that setting at any time.
6. Intellectual property and supplied materials
You own your domain, content and brand assets. Ownership of the work we produce, and any exceptions, are set out in your proposal.
When you supply photos, logos, music, voice or likenesses, you confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for the agreed use.
7. Third-party platforms
Google, social networks and advertising platforms have their own terms and policies, which apply to your accounts and to work done on them. Those platforms make their own decisions, and we cannot control them.
8. Cancellation and termination
How either side can end an engagement, and how handoff works, is explained in your proposal. Specific notice periods will be added with the final terms.
9. Liability and applicable law
Provisions on liability and the governing law will be added with the final terms, along with the legal entity details they depend on.
We do not promise specific rankings, traffic, leads or other business results.
10. Contact and changes
Direct contact details will be added before launch. For now, you can reach us through the consultation page.
When the final terms are published, this page will be updated and will show its effective date.
