A clear process

How GrowBizNest works

You know your business. We’ll help with the digital part.

Three straightforward stages, with clear decisions and a shared understanding of what happens next.

1

Tell us about your business

Share what you do, who you serve and what you would like to improve. The consultation is a conversation, not a sales script, and you do not need a technical brief.

You bring

Your goals, links to any website, social accounts or Google Business Profile you already have, and your questions. It is fine if you are not sure which services you need.

We handle

We listen, review your starting point, ask practical questions and tell you honestly which services look useful, and which do not.

What you leave with

A shared understanding of your business and a suggested starting point.

2

Agree on your services

We turn the conversation into a proposal. Scope, responsibilities, costs and schedule are confirmed before work begins, so nothing is left to assumption.

You bring

Decisions on the proposed services, answers to open questions, and the materials and access the work needs, such as your logo, photos, service details, and authorized access to accounts or profiles.

We handle

We explain what is included and what is not, who is responsible for what, and which approvals you will give. We also set up the agreed working arrangements.

What you leave with

An agreed plan, in writing, before any work starts.

3

Build and grow your presence

We prepare the work and bring it to you at the review points you agreed. Nothing is launched or published without your approval.

You bring

Feedback at the agreed review points, approval before launch or publication, and fresh information as your business changes, such as new services or updated hours.

We handle

We create and revise the work, help with launch, and provide the ongoing support included in your scope. That may mean website care, scheduled posts, or reporting, depending on what you chose.

What you leave with

Live work you have approved, a clear handoff, and a support arrangement that matches your services.

Approvals, ownership and handoff.

A few principles apply to every service, however the scope looks.

You approve

  • Work before it launches or is published
  • Scope, costs and schedule before work begins
  • Any change to what was agreed

You own

  • Your domain, content and brand assets
  • Your Google Business Profile and social accounts
  • Access you grant is authorized and can be withdrawn

We hand off

  • A clear explanation of what was delivered
  • Notes on how ongoing support works
  • An explained exit if you ever move on

Straight answers about how working with GrowBizNest goes.

Still have a question?

Ask it in a short consultation and we will answer with your business in mind.

Book a consultation
Do I need a technical brief?

No. Describe your business and what you would like to improve. We will help clarify the relevant digital work and explain it in plain language, so you can decide without needing to know the technical side.

When will the work be ready?

The schedule depends on your scope, how quickly content and access arrive, and how long review takes. We discuss it before you agree to proceed and confirm it in the proposal, rather than guessing in advance.

What happens after launch?

Ongoing maintenance, updates and support depend on the services you choose. Your proposal states what continues after launch and who is responsible, so there are no surprises about what is covered.

What access will you need from me?

Only what the agreed work requires, such as website, social or Google Business Profile access. You grant it, you remain the owner, and you can end it. We tell you what we need before work begins.

Can I change the scope later?

Yes. Many businesses add services once the first piece is working. We agree on any change in writing, including its cost and effect on schedule, before the extra work starts.

What do I need to approve?

Pages, profile changes and campaigns are published only after you approve them. For AI social posts, you choose auto-post or review first, and you can change that at any time.

What if I am not happy with a draft?

Tell us what to change. Revisions within the agreed scope are part of the work, and your proposal sets out how revisions are handled.

How will you keep me updated?

We agree how and when we update you, and you review the work at agreed points before anything launches or is published.
