The challenge

Small details shape a customer’s first impression.

Incomplete hours, unclear services and outdated photos leave people unsure whether your business is right for them. Many customers read your profile before they ever visit your website.

How we help

We review your existing profile, tighten the business information and recommend photos and updates. If you agree to an ongoing plan, we keep the details current as your business changes.

Set the right expectations.

Eligibility comes first.

Google requires a business to have in-person contact with customers or to serve customers within a defined area. Online-only businesses are generally not eligible for a profile, and we will tell you so before any work begins.

Google controls verification and profile decisions, and no one can promise approval or a particular position in local results. We can organize your information and explain the process.

How we start

A simple way forward.

Three steps, agreed in writing before any work begins.

1

Review your profile

We check eligibility, access and what the profile says today.

2

Improve the key details

We update categories, services, hours and descriptions as agreed.

3

Keep information current

If you choose an ongoing plan, we help you keep the profile accurate.

Is my business eligible for a Google Business Profile?

Google requires in-person contact with customers or a defined service area. Online-only businesses are not eligible. We will confirm eligibility early, because the answer decides whether profile work makes sense for you.

Do I need an existing profile?

No. We can work with an existing listing or explain the steps to set one up, subject to Google’s eligibility and verification requirements. We cannot say in advance how long Google’s checks will take.

Who owns the profile?

You do. The profile belongs to your business, and you grant us authorized access through Google’s own controls. You can see what we change and remove our access at any time.

Can you promise verification or a top local ranking?

No. Google controls verification, eligibility and profile decisions, and local results depend on many factors. We improve accuracy and completeness, and we explain the process without promising an outcome.

Will you create customer reviews?

No. We never create, buy or fake reviews. We can suggest ways to invite genuine feedback from real customers, which is the only kind of review that belongs on your profile.

How is this different from SEO?

This service covers your Google listing: categories, services, hours, photos and updates. SEO Services cover your website pages and structure. They work well together, and each is scoped on its own.
